I have an apple iPhone and I teach, therefore I use it a lot for my classes. I use Wikipedia daily and I found Wikipanion at the apple app store. It is an excellent app that makes searching for your information a pleasure. The GUI is awesome and easy to navigate, as you would expect from an Apple iPhone app. More

Wikipanion is one of the best encyclopedia apps because it streamlines all of the masses of information available on Wikipedia in one accessible place. It now links thousands of interrelated subjects, doing so in a wide array of languages as well. It is making a good thing even better! More

A decent encyclopedia app, I'll give them that, but the title of the app says it all. Dinosaurs and for kids. Other people will have fun to a certain extent but eventually you'll realize you're not eight years old and dinosaurs aren't very fun to learn about after a while. Would like to see a more expansive encyclopedia. More

This is a good app for kids that love dinosaurs. It offers up pictures they can view to see their favorites. While offering pictures it offers up facts they can learn about dinosaurs. More

While this is an encyclopedia app, it leaves much to be desired. This one is targets kids that want to learn about dinosaurs. So it will at least be useless to you if you want to learn about anything other than dinosaurs. More

This is a decent encyclopedia but you may find it a bit lacking. If you want more information then a kid level it won't have it.
