If u want to add sparkle to photo for free i suggest that you download this app but then it isn't as beautiful as the kirakira+ app HAHHAHA

The glittery effects make my selcas look kawaii! Just the kind of upgrade I need for a glitter app! But I hope that they add more filters and stickers.

Pleased with this glitter app aside from being free. It gives me what i am looking for which is glitter effects on my photos.

I take photos of my baby girl with this app. Just like the app name, my baby looks very angelic with the added sparkle effect. However, there are very few that you can do with this so if you're looking for more options for your photos I will not recommend this.

Not bad to download as a glitter app. But imo i think there are better apps out there but this is free so why not try it first. What i like the most about it is that i can save it as a GIF

I found this app to be alright, although I was dissatisfied with the fact you have to pay to remove the watermark. Overall I find there are other free apps without a watermark that are better or comparable when it comes to adding sparkle to a photo.

The shimmer effects look classy to me, especially when I want to add sparkle to photos with lights. Just that it would have been better if there are more glitter effects to choose from.

By far the best sparkle app that lets me add glitter and sparkle effects to my photos! For me, the app is not soo bad, the sparkles and glitters look realistic if the object and background you're using fits to have a glitter effect.

They have lots of special effects to choose from so points for that. It's easy to use too, just choose a picture from your gallery and choose any effect that you wanna add. I just don't like how some of them looks obviously fake. More

The glitter isn't even third degree sparkley. I tried to use the glitter from this app on my digital pretty pony video contest and it gave out during the final round! I ended up being disqualified because my pony wasn't pretty enough and it's all thanks to this inconsistent glitter app. Definitely not what you're looking for if you're looking for glitter. More

I know I'm not cool, so I assume my photos aren't either. But I was excited knowing that I have this sparkle app to solve all my problems ... er, all my uncool photo problems. But sadly, it turns out it got a lot of uncool ratings, so I guess my life still sucks and I'll have to keep looking for other solutions.

I like to edit the photos I take on my phone. I always look for the best filters and effects. Sparkle Cam did exactly what I wanted which is to add sparkle to my photos. This was a great photo editing app that really added a sparkle to the things you can do with your photos.

I'm so disappointed with this sparkle app. The effects and filters look really good but I can't even use them!! Every time I try to edit my photos the app hangs and closes!!!

i think this is a barely new glitter app that can give your videos and photos amazing glitter effect that is why most people do not know about this. The best thing abt it is that u can download it for free. Isn't that cool? More
